Frank Joseph Flanagan
Frank Joseph Flanagan was born on August 3, 1915, in Brooklyn, New York, to Mary E Ferguson, age 33, and John J Flanagan, age 47. He had four sisters Mary, Margaret,
Honor
and Helen and two brothers
William
and Thomas. In Rye his family lived at
70 Grace Church St
and were members of the Church of the Resurrection. Frank attended Mt. Hermon Prep School in Mt Hermon, Ma. Where he played football and was a member of the literary society.
Frank served as an officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He served from June 8, 1942 until his discharge March 5, 1946.

Frank Joseph Flanagan 64 died Tuesday Jine 3, 1980.
At the time of his death he was survived by his wife Frances, brother Thomas Flanagan of Rye NY sisters Mrs Margaret Kappas of Rye Mrs Honor Mulligan of Saugerties NY Mrs Helen Ilughs Cauthen is in charge.
